We know you and your little ones are excited to receive your Mighty gear! Here’s everything you need to know about how and when we get them from our door to yours.

 

Processing Time - The Magic Behind the Scenes!

 

Every single label, book, and bottle we sell is personalised and created with care just for you.

• Production Time: Our current processing time (the time it takes us to create, print, and package your order) is 3-5 working days.

• Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched via your chosen shipping method.

 

📦 Important: Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)

 

Because we create different products in different workshops (for example, our stickers are made in-house, while our water bottles are printed by our specialist partners), your items may arrive in separate packages on different days.

• Don't Panic: If your stickers arrive but your water bottle is missing, it’s likely just a day or two behind!

 

UK Shipping Options

 

We ship all our orders from our base here in Luton, England. You can choose from the following options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping (2 to 4 business days)

  • Cost: £2.40 (for orders up to £29.99)

• Tracked Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

  • Cost: £4.00

  • This service provides tracking for your peace of mind and typically arrives within 2 working days after dispatch.

International Shipping

 

We're thrilled to send our mighty labels to customers around the world! We offer the following options:

European Union

• Standard International (2 to 11 business days): £10.00

• Royal Mail Tracked International: £15.00

International (Including Australia, Canada, UAE, USA & more)

• Standard International (3 to 17 business days): £15.00

Please Note for International Customers: Your order may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import duties when it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your government and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Important Information

 

1. Check Your Address: Please take a moment to double-check that your shipping address is correct when you place your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

2. Order Tracking: If you select a tracked shipping option, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

3. Delays: While we work hard to meet our timelines, things like postal strikes or busy holiday periods can sometimes cause delays that are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience!
