The Mighty Promise: Returns & Refunds

At The Mighty Label, we pour our hearts into creating items that are perfect for your family—from our handmade stickers to our personalised water bottles and books. We want you and your little one to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase!

Our goal is to make things right if there’s ever a problem. Here is our simple guide to returns and refunds.

 

1. A Note on Personalised Items (The "Made Just for You" Rule)

 

Because the majority of our products (like named stickers, custom books, or personalised bottles) are created uniquely for your child, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on these items if you simply change your mind.

This exception is part of UK consumer law, as we can't restock an item that was made just for you (we can’t really sell a water bottle named "Archie" to a "Zara"!).

⭐ A Mighty Tip: Please take a moment to double-check all names, spellings, and details before you complete your order. We print exactly what you type!

 

2. What If We've Made a Mistake or Your Order is Damaged?

 

Oh no! While we and our printing partners take mighty care with every order, mistakes can occasionally happen.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or if there is a printing error (like a misspelling on our end), please let us know. We will absolutely make it right.

How to Report an Issue:

  1. Snap a Photo: Please do not send the item back yet! Simply take a clear photo of the damage or error.

  2. Email Us: Send the photo and your Order Number to [contactus@themightylabel.co.uk].

  3. The Fix: We’ll jump on it immediately. For clear errors or damage, we will usually send a replacement free of charge without you needing to go to the post office.

Note: If you spot a manufacturing fault that develops later (after you've started using it), just drop us an email. We honour your statutory rights to a repair or replacement for faulty goods.

 

3. For Non-Personalised Items

 

If you purchase generic/non-customised accessories (e.g., plain bottle lids, unbranded gift bags):

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive them to let us know you’d like a return.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the original packaging where possible.

  • Please note: You are responsible for the return postage cost for non-faulty change-of-mind returns.

Do not return items to the address on the shipping label. Please email us first, and we will provide the correct returns address for your specific item.
