Welcome to The Mighty Label! We know you're excited to get your hands on your new goodies, and we're just as excited to send them to you. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your awesome labels from our door to yours.

Dispatch Time
We're a small team that lovingly designs and packs every single order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. For personalised labels, we take extra care to make sure they're perfect for your mighty little one!
UK Delivery
- All our UK orders are sent via Royal Mail.
- Once dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days.
- Enjoy FREE UK delivery on all orders over £25! For orders under £25, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
International Delivery
- We love sending our labels around the world! International delivery typically takes between 7-14 business days to arrive after dispatch.
- Please remember, this timeframe can vary depending on your country's local postal service and any customs delays.
- Please Note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Our Promise to You
We want you and your family to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Items Eligible for Return
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Important Note on Personalised Items: Because our personalised labels are made-to-order especially for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or we have made a mistake with the personalisation. We appreciate your understanding!
- Clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return (It's Super Simple!)
- Get in Touch: Please pop an email to us at contactus@themightylabel.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your name and order number.
- Tell Us What's Up: Let us know why you'd like to return your item. If it's faulty, a quick photo is always really helpful!
- We'll Guide You: We’ll reply with all the instructions you need to send the item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to let you know. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
