UK Delivery
- All our UK orders are sent via Royal Mail.
- Once dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days.
- Enjoy FREE UK delivery on all orders over £25! For orders under £25, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
International Delivery
- We love sending our labels around the world! International delivery typically takes between 7-14 business days to arrive after dispatch.
- Please remember, this timeframe can vary depending on your country's local postal service and any customs delays.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Important Note on Personalised Items: Because our personalised labels are made-to-order especially for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or we have made a mistake with the personalisation. We appreciate your understanding!
- Clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return (It's Super Simple!)
- Get in Touch: Please pop an email to us at contactus@themightylabel.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your name and order number.
- Tell Us What's Up: Let us know why you'd like to return your item. If it's faulty, a quick photo is always really helpful!
- We'll Guide You: We’ll reply with all the instructions you need to send the item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to let you know. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
